Artist Spotlight - Bim Bodsovich ()

Bim Bossovich (aka Brynach) has been a part Cardiff’s dubstep scene for over 16 years, crafting a sound that blends fresh, classic dubstep-inspired beats with atmospheric, intricate layers and OG dubstep energy. With a stint as a resident at Aperture and roots in iconic spots like Glo Bar and Toucan, he’s set to deliver a set that’s both a forward-looking journey and a nod to Cardiff’s bass heritage.

After his first show for us last year Grave has earned himself a well deserved spot as one of Cardiffs regular selectors whether that’s playing dubstep, grime, garage or DnB. Anyone who’s caught his sets massive sets at District, his regular bunkhouse sets or made it down to one of his own events under the brand will tell you his b2b with Sloth before they hand over to on the 15th of November is not to be missed.

Also joining us on Saturday at we have Screwy. A Cardiff staple from a previous generation of DJs, Screwy was a regular at Aperture, graced the stage at Bedlam and ran his own brand, Temple, for a number of years bringing some of the biggest names in drum and bass to Cardiffs most intimate venue. He’s also taken temple out to Croatia to play the legendary Outlook festival. Catch him playing a selection of classic dubstep tunes alongside (Enbe) on hosting duties.

Subphonic are back! Join us on the 6th of July as we bring one of 140/deep dubstep’s rising artists, , to our favourite Cardiff venue, Bunkhouse! With a stacked out support full of veterans, fresh faces and bunkhouse regulars were in for one hell of a sonic journey.

With releases on Duploc and Vantage Records he’s one to watch! With heavy trip hop influences in his production and sets giving him a unique sound. His recent Blueprints EP shows his range of production within the 140 genre.
