Every month we treat our mums to a wonderful goodie bag.

Today it’s another wonderful Brunch Day and we’ll be welcoming the lovely Sophie from

Sophie runs baby sensory classes from birth through to 13 months. Each class is carefully designed to stimulate your baby’s senses and move development and learning forwards. From parachutes, balloons, bubbles, and light shows to puppets, baby signing, and songs and games to try at home, each session is different!

Since the launch of The Mum Club Cardiff I have met so many incredible women in business

So I’d like to highlight a special few who have popped up at our Brunches. They really deserve to be celebrated. All of these women are mothers AND business owners - utterly incredible! Swipe to see 👉🏻

1️⃣ TMC Cardiff would not be where it is now without this incredible human. Our exclusive Brunch photographer AND an amazing family, newborn and wedding photographer she is your gal for gorgeous candid shots and perfect edits. Katie is one fabulous, kind human who has become a wonderful friend of mine too 💕

2️⃣ Run by local mum Parris, this gorgeous neutral baby clothing brand launched last year and has even been featured in Vogue.

3️⃣ a cute baby clothing brand that is owned and ran by local mum of 2 Kayleigh.

4️⃣ Joint owned by Fay, Little dreams are all about getting YOU and your little one more sleep. She’s super experienced and really knows her stuff! Look out for a future TMC coffee club where Fay will be sharing some sleep secrets 😴

5️⃣ baby swimming has so many benefits and we’re lucky enough to have had Aletia and Emma attend our events twice to speak with mums about its importance.

6️⃣ Lowri is a mum of 2 who helps create the most beautiful pottery keepsakes. I cannot wait for my boys creations to be fired up in the kiln this week.

7️⃣ Simone’s bracelets are just lush! They are utterly beautiful. I especially love the mama ones 🫶🏼

8️⃣ .melon Holly and her business create personalised, eco-friendly products. They’re high quality and absolutely gorgeous!

9️⃣ Amy (and her hubby Liam) know their stuff when it comes to life and critical illness insurance products for new and expectant families. Knowledge is power.

These are just a few of the amazing women I’ve met along this TMC Cardiff journey. You are all fabulous!

The wonderful, family run business joining us tomorrow at our sold out March event is 🏡

Meet Amy & Liam…

Amy is a seasoned TMC’er with the wonderful 🥰 When she’s not up to eyeballs in toddler tantrums and babywipes, Amy works in the family firm with her other half Liam

Go2mortgages is a family run business, specialising in protection policies for new and expectant families. They are really passionate about helping us Mums have access to the right information and the best, affordable products. They have helped many Mum Clubbers around the country review and update their insurances

As the name suggests, they are also a mortgage brokerage and given the current state of the market, feel free to pick their brains on what’s best for you!

Amy & Liam will be joining us to chat to you all about the important (albeit mildly morbid) topic of life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection for your whole family. I’m so excited to have them with us, because whilst it’s not something we like to think about, it *is* super important to have covered and often gets left at the bottom of the never-ending “to-do” list.

Venue appreciation 🌿

Have you ever tried to go out for brunch/dinner in a nice place with your baby/toddler and had instant regret once you get there? Have you ever had it where your baby cries or your toddler decides to run off through the restaurant and you want the ground to swallow you up because you think everyone will be secretly judging you? As a mum of 2 boys, has definitely been me in the past.

Not here at TMC! I’m so grateful to the Botanist in Cardiff for welcoming so many mums and their little ones every month. There’s absolutely no judgement here! We’re all in it together Mamas. And I’ll let you in to a secret - we have the whole of the second floor to ourselves 🙌🏻

Our Brunch Club events are all about YOU. You can enjoy a delicious brunch dish, hot drinks and the opportunity to connect with likeminded local women in a beautiful setting thanks to who open their doors for us Mums of South Wales 👯‍♀️

I love hosting The Mum Club in Cardiff 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 1️⃣ A treat for mums - is so nice holding events that are focussed around Mums. When you have a baby, there’s so much focus on entertaining your little one, but Mums, we are important too! 2️⃣ Smiling faces. Nothing feels better than watching mums laugh, smile and enjoy themselves at our events 3️⃣ Bringing together a community. TMC Cardiff is currently the ONLY TMC in Wales. I feel privileged to be able to bring together mums who live in South Wales. I’ve had mums travel as far as Ebbw Vale to come to our brunches and join our tribe 👯‍♀️ 4️⃣ Women in all stages of motherhood join. Mums-to-be, new mums, mums of 1/2/3 and mums of school aged children have all come along to TMC Cardiff. It’s great to watch mums bounce ideas off each other and stories in different stages of motherhood. The youngest baby who has come to our events was only 1 week old! 5️⃣ New friendships are built. It’s so nice to watch mums making new connections. I’ve even made some new mum friends myself. We don’t all have a huge village around us to navigate motherhood with, and TMC can help mums to find their mum tribe. 6️⃣ The chaos of motherhood is celebrated and understood. TMC is an inclusive group, we get it, and so do those that attend. There’s no judgement here! 7️⃣ Supporting local brands and businesses. I love to support local, and we give local businesses the opportunity to attend our events as a pop-up shop to help showcase themselves. Our pop-up in the reel here was @babyrosboutique 8️⃣ Meeting the mini-brunchers. I get to meet so many cute mini brunchers. I get lots of baby cuddles helping to give mums a free hand so they can eat their brunch without a baby in their lap.
