My Wonderful Welsh Wedding was set up by The Wedding Guild of Wales as an alternative for couples to choose trusted suppliers; suppliers that other suppliers recommend. A business cannot get a higher accolade than to have others in the same industry recommend and them because they have experienced their service - many times. When you choose a supplier from the Guild, you know you will be choosing

from some of the very best Wales has to offer because we have actually seen them in action. As individual businesses, if a couple asks if we can recommend another supplier, we recommend them because we know how good they are. This is in our view, is putting our customer first, rather than accepting a commission or payment to guide you to a service. There is a big difference between recommending a service and advertising it. We often see in magazines and online directories "recommended by, approved by, or loved by" which can lead us to think these are recommended services. At the Wedding Guild of Wales, we only list businesses we recommend - we don't get paid to advertise. All businesses listed have met a strict criteria in order to be an approved supplier here. It all started with a handful of suppliers that seemed to be working with each other regularly. From this first meeting, we now have over 100 members offering everything you need to plan a perfect wedding day. Through the common interest of providing excellence to our customers, many of us have become friends. Every member here was selected for their experience, due care to customers, first class work ethic, and just as important, business integrity. We have an ongoing code of conduct each member has signed up to, and a process in place should these standards be breached. The founder members of the Guild have paid for the website, there was no charge to any of the other suppliers....they have indeed all EARNED recommendations, purely through building excellent reputations in their own right. Because we are a non profit making organization, we do not have a direct phone number. However, if you have general questions, our email address is below, or for specific questions about any service, please contact the necessary supplier directly.

Back in April, Sarah Woolley attended our wedding fayre at Canada Lodge and Lake.

Sarah was drawn as the winner at the end of the fayre.

We called Sarah, as she had already left, to tell her she won ยฃ500!

She was elated. We asked her if she had booked any suppliers on the day, she had.

We then told her that we were doubling her money to ยฃ1000โ€ผ๏ธ๐Ÿฅ‚

Yesterday Sarah contacted us to say she'd chosen the fabulous All About Eve Bridal Ltd to spend her ยฃ1000.

๐ŸชงThe venues, Hensol Castle & The Vale Resort are less than a mile apart. A minute or two drive, a 10 minute walk across the most beautiful estate, and we are open an hour extra from 11am to 4pm, to give you loads of time not to miss anything.

What an absolutely fabulous day we all had at Llechwen Hall Hotel today! Almost 200 loved up couples came to visit us along with their family and friends! Thank you for braving the weather forecast (wasn't as bad as they said, thankfully!) and for giving up your time. Thank you to our amazing suppliers that once again made us so proud of them. The work they all put in is appreciated. Wedding Gems and Wedding & Balloon World, dressed the Jailhouse & Nelson Suite and we know lots of inspiration was taken, and Written in Lights for lighting up the marquee! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ And what can we say about the team at llechwen.
