"What a day! 🥳 We would like to say the biggest of heartfelt ‘thank yous’ to Lucy, Sam, Lewis and the entire team at De Courceys. Every single member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we had the most perfect of days - and that’s exactly what it was! We were lucky enough to be able to talk with many of the waiting staff, kitchen staff and ‘behind the scenes’ staff, and it is clear to see how much of a fantastic team you all are, that goes the extra mile for their guests.

From the moment we arrived at the pamper and prep suite, to the minute we left the venue, everything was perfect. We were well and truly looked after, beyond our expectations. The accommodation was superb, the food was outstanding, the DJ was brilliant, and the organisation was perfect. When we first met with Sam, we knew immediately that this was the venue for us and we had full confidence that we would be supported throughout the entire process.

✨ Are you ready to dive into a creative and exciting career in the world of weddings and events? We’d love to hear from you!

As the Marketing & Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and increasing brand awareness. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and collaborating with the coordinating team, your role will focus on two main areas:

⭐Sales: Managing wedding and corporate client enquiries, converting leads into bookings, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients.
⭐Marketing: Planning and executing innovative marketing campaigns across digital platforms to enhance our brand, engage with new clients, and increase online visibility.

Requirements
👉Proven experience in a sales and/or marketing role, ideally (but not essential) in the hospitality, events, or wedding industry.
👉A people-first approach, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
👉Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
👉A creative mindset for developing engaging content and innovative campaigns.
👉Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business and Canva.
👉Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including SEO, Google Analytics, WordPress and email marketing platforms.
👉 Experience in using CRM systems and managing client databases.
👉 Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
👉 A qualification in Marketing, Business Management or a related field is desirable but not essential.

This is an office based role, and access to a car is essential due to the location of the venue.

"We would just like to say the biggest thank you for making our day everything we could’ve dreamt of and more!

You made us feel like family and after our day I can honestly say we will remember each and every one of you forever!

The venue is just so perfect but the staff make it what it is! It felt like our home for the day and nothing was too much trouble from start to finish! We have to give a huge thank you to Lewis!

From the very start of our journey booking our wedding Lewis was so welcoming, supportive, helpful and accommodating! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a day we would never forget! Thank you to you all!

The food was amazing, the service behind the bar and the waitresses and waiters and all of you behind the scenes.

I have to give a shoutout to Ethan who worked throughout our day! He was so funny, loving and just always smiling! He was fabulous with our 4 little nephews and they loved him!
