Here’s what we assembled for this weekends refuel session post and workout at 🌱

Marinated kale with B12 fortified nutritional yeast
Iron packed spinach and romaine
Roasted whole carrot
Crunchy Tenderstem broccoli
Herb rolled chickpeas
Raw slaw
Fibre filled flaxseed
Pickled pink, folate rich red onions
Sprinkle of magnesium rich pumpkin seeds

2023 // that’s the last event of the year for us and it went by in a flash. It’s always such a privilege to be part of a family get together and what better way to celebrate than in your own home?

2023 EVENTS WRAPPED // the last event of the year for us tonight and what a super evening. Heading into the last few Christmas deliveries this weekend and as always we’re so grateful to everyone that had us at their event, in their home and for all of your kind enquiries. Crispy buttermilk marinated karaage chicken thigh, Challah bun, siracha, Tidy Kitchen CO’s secret home-made Korean bbq sauce, pickled red onion, micro coriander, Asian inspired slaw and a beloved Kewpie Mayo drizzle

Vegetarian option is the equally divine karaage oyster mushroom 🌱 🍄

SQUIRREL BALLS //
a few of you have been asking, what is a squirrel ball?

We’ve combined
~ raw cacao (a natural source of magnesium, potassium and fibre)
~ medjool dates (an excellent source of phytonutrients and super natural sugar)
~ palm oil free peanut butter (eat those good fats)
~ chia seeds (packing in that fibre)
~ edible petals (just darn beautiful)

Optional added plant based protein powder for those looking for a boost 🔥

They’re the perfect nourishing addition to one of our meal deals or just alongside that mid morning coffee **chefs kiss**

KUNG PAO TOFU // one of the heroes of our in house range. Sticky, crispy (gluten free) Kung pao tofu with a crunchy raw slaw, topped with spicy seeds, fresh cucumber, house greens and an oozy palm oil free peanut sauce. Get your B12 boost with a scattering of nutritional yeast, healthy fats from the naturally creamy peanuts and protein hit from the tofu. Make your lunch a delicious AND clever choice 🌱♥️
