Who are Girls Don’t Sync? ✨🚀🪩🖤

An all-female DJ collective redefining the dance music scene with their high-energy sets, aren’t just huge selectors; they’re pioneers for representation in a male-dominated industry 🧡

From Glastonbury to Warehouse Project, Boiler Room to Parklife, they’ve brought their infectious energy to some of the biggest stages, proving that the future of club culture is diverse and dynamic.

THE HISTORY OF SKREAM: IN PICTURES 📷🖤

Skream is one of the UK’s most loved selectors. Rising to prominence in the mid 2000s, he helped pave the way for dubstep’s mass adoption, since then he’s maintained a level of influence throughout dance music, including house, disco and techno - a true collector with a vast knowledge of music. A truly iconic figurehead in the scene and a unique DJ.

Here’s a brief history of Skream’s two decades in the scene:

1. Skream, Hatcha and Benga on a shoot in 2004. These three were influential figures in the birth of dubstep.
2. Skream releases his self-titled dubstep album in 2006, aged 20. BBC Music described it as having “accelerated dubstep’s transformation”
3. Skream plays at FWD>> in Berlin, 2006
4. Skream pictured with Skrillex and ASAP Rocky in New York in the early 2010’s
5. Skream and Disclosure play a B2B Boiler Room set at W Hotel in London, 2012
6. Skream rides around central London on the back of a Rickshaw while DJing to promote Eastern Electrics festival, 2016
7. Skream and Flowdan at their Boiler Room set, 2024
8. Skream posts this photo to announce day 1 of the Skream & Benga album has begun, 2025

Once again we’re looking for some fresh energy to join the CYNT family 🫂

2024 was an unreal year for CYNT, bringing some incredible shows and artists to Cardiff, as well as a ‘Best Club Event’ nomination by DJ Mag for their annual ‘Best of British’ awards 🇬🇧

With a packed 2025 ahead we’re excited to be opening up one (maybe two) resident DJ positions 🙌

Ideally looking for DJs who have a broad knowledge of underground music and diverse tastes that traverse across house/garage/techno and their various sub-genres.

If this is you or someone you know, drop an @ in the comments below (this can be yourself) and we’ll send you a message with what to do next.

Those with the most nominations will stand out the most and be bumped up the pecking order, but the most votes does not guarantee getting the position - ultimately we’ll pick the DJ(s) who we think fit the brand the best 🤝

has spent over a decade shaping his Afro-centric, percussion-driven sound, from cutting his teeth in Scotland to establishing himself in London’s electronic music scene and beyond.

In 2021, he launched KILIMANJARO MUSIC, championing marginalized artists, which he continues to do to this day.
