NO ONE CAN HELP EVERYONE BUT EVERYONE CAN HELP SOME ONE XX
Local business, Solutions in Technology have decided that 2019 is the year in which its success will directly support a local charity who help support individuals and their families who have been affected by poverty.
Director Richard Wilkins said “We have worked hard to grow our business over the last 15 years and we feel now is the time that a local charity can share in our success. In 2019 we are committed to focus all our fundraising efforts in raising cash for this charity” Solutions in Technology have always worked closely with many charities, providing the lowest cost
solutions for their needs; be it photocopiers, telephone systems, CCTV, IT equipment, mobile phones or calls, lines & broadband.
Mr. Wilkins continued “we all want to feel like we are giving something back to the local community and in finalising a way to do so has been great for us as a business – we look forward to working closely with Boomerang Cardiff. This charity; like so many others are entirely dependent on
voluntary donations and that’s partly why we wanted to help. We could see the great and vital work that they are doing and the enormous benefits that the charity offers to both individuals and families. If we can just do our part, however small we have no doubt that Boomerang Cardiff will make a real difference to someone’s lives when they really need it the most.”

Boomerang started its journey as a homeless/poverty organisation, helping citizens that live on the streets who still
deserve a little dignity, however, the journey developed moving in different directions but still keeping its identity
with regards to tackling poverty. Boomerang Cardiff has been developed with the community and volunteers, many
volunteers are driven by the previously lived experience of homelessness, poverty and social isolation. Following a period
of falling on hard times and experiencing homelessness as a self-employed businessman, founder Paul Gwilym began
to work with the local community, creating and funding the project himself.
Overview:
Under the umbrella of Boomerang Cardiff, there are four sections to the project:
• Homelessness/Prevention of Homelessness
• Poverty, In-work poverty/Critical Living Conditions
• Community Engagement/Education
• Social Isolation/Loneliness
