Due to the high winds exceeding the safe limits, we have unfortunately had to take the difficult decision to close our trail today, Saturday 21st December 2024.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment caused, however your safety and the safety of our staff will always be our top priority.

Today’s ticket holders will be contacted by See Tickets offering the following options:

🌟Reschedule your visit for a later date
You will be able to log into the See Tickets Customer Portal using your order reference number and postcode. Click “Change Your Tickets” and you will be able to choose your desired date and time to visit us. We are open everyday until 2025, excluding Christmas Day. If you are struggling to exchange your tickets, then please contact us on [email protected]

🌟Rollover your tickets to 2025
If you aren’t able to visit us this year, you will be able to rollover you tickets to 2025. The email from See Tickets will contain the link to ask for your tickets to be rolled over to winter 2025, and we will be in touch in the summer, ahead of our tickets going on sale.

🌟Request a Refund
If you would prefer to receive a refund then please head to the Customer Portal, where there will be the option to select “Refunds” and you will be able to request one. These will then be processed by See Tickets and the money will be returned to you within 7-10 working days.
