AN EPIC CHRISTMAS PARTY 🎅

Last night, the Cleverchefs group hung up their aprons and came together for some festive chaos in our Cardiff office! 🎄🪩

We savoured mouth-watering burgers from HILLS Brecon and enjoyed fantastic music from CoCo Sound, which inspired some… let’s say, ‘unique’ dance moves. 💃🏼

Here’s to celebrating an amazing year and the fantastic people who made it all possible!

MEET BETH

Beth has worked in the wedding catering industry for almost 18 years, 8 of which with us at EPIC!⭐

She started as an Event Chef in 2016 and worked her way up to her current position as Chef Director.

She says: "The thing I most like about working at Epic, is that even in the stressful, organised chaotic days, it doesn't feel like work. We all enjoy and care about what we do so much that every day is just another adventure to us. Nothing gives you greater pleasure than knowing you have just smashed an almost impossible day/week/month and made someone's special day that extra bit "EPIC"!

Epic is just one big extension to my family, and every day we adapt and overcome anything and everything that is thrown at us. Every single person in the Epic dynamic is just as important as the other and we all work like a well-oiled cog.

Making each and every couple's day as magical as it can be is always my number one priority. I love interacting with clients and seeing all your hard work being made worthy through the smiles on the guests' faces. It just makes all the stress, worry and hard work all worth it!"
