Last week Chef Craig Hennessey was taking part in the Concern Worldwide UK Ration Challenge UK 2020
Only eating the rations that a Syrian refugee in Jordan would receive.

If you have met Tita you will know her favourite dish ever is a simple Caesar Salad.


Although the common known "Caesar" salad has nothing to do with the Romans, I have always thought that a salad with acknowledgement to the heritage of the Romans in the Borderlands is well called for.


So here it is: Tita’s highlight of our Summer tasting menu 
Chicken Hadrian’s Salad.

We use the highest standard welfare, cornfed chicken from Alternative Meats, who source their chickens from Goosnargh, in Ribblesdale.
