Canapes are such an important part of the day - these chicken wings a so delicious (we do all the hard work and debone them so they are a one bite wonder) and pair them with our own homemade spicy ketchup - what's not to love?

New dish - we created this beautiful and delicious starter for a wedding last weekend. Home smoked duck breast, fermented blackcurrant, puffed potato, toasted seeds and charred hospitality cabbage. We think it was perfect for moving into this early autumn 🍂 weather and packs a punch of flavour

Well what a weekend! Congratulations to N & B for a full filled weekend of celebration. From your giant bottles of rose, to your amazing lochside view and incredible gardens we could not have been able to work in a better location. With thanks to and all planning and catering by us.
