Our team pride themselves on creating bespoke wedding packages for budgets large or small. We maintain the highest standards, embedded with a true passion using fresh local ingredients to create fantastic dishes. We can provide catering for everything from a traditional English afternoon cream tea to a classic silver service dinner to a more casual hogg roast buffet ….. Conferencing and Corporate
The Garden at Eden is an extremely versatile and diverse site. The marquee can be easily changed to suit your needs and has the facility to cater for 50 to 500 guests. The large 5 acre site over looking the beautiful landscaped water garden and golf course offers a fantastic platform for your event. The private car park can hold approximately 200 cars, provides a large area suitable for demonstrations and displays. In addition to the marquee facilities, Eden is the only 27 hole Championship Golf Club in Cumbria and hosting a corporate golf day provides you and your business with a unique opportunity to entertain your clients.

To report for duty in good time.

To manage and give direction to a small team of front of house staff.

To take responsibility and positively assist in the standard of food being served
Have the confidence to challenge menu decisions and be able to offer alternative views and solutions.

Must be organised and able to work at speed during a busy service.

Must be a competent communicator and able to positively express opinions and views in relation to colleagues, line managers, suppliers, and customer requests, as well as reacting positively to direction from senior chefs.

Good listener who is flexible and has an appetite to both learn and offer advice.

Ability to work well within a team be hard working and have a positive work ethic.

The successful candidate will be confident, creative, and passionate about good food served well.

An excellent understanding of food hygiene.

Has a fundamental understanding of food ordering, food costings and clearly understands the effect that poor food control has on the business.
