We are recruiting a culinary commercial manager, this role involves managing the commercial elements of our cafe food offer.
Working with the culinary team to plan menus that are fresh innovative and delicious while also delivering the correct gross profit, you will also support the culinary team with labour schedules, sales analysis and general efficient cost management.
You will need to have great organisational, financial and time management skills, with the ability to lead and Co ordinate across multiple outlets based on one site.
