We have been quiet for a few weeks, it is with great sadness I have lost my dad after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was so proud of us both and the business we are growing. His favourite time of the year, Christmas will be soon upon us, and tonight I made my first mince pies of the year to take down for his funeral tea on Monday. He always said my mince pies were the best in the world I couldn’t put him to rest without raising one to him xx
