That’s why every project is different; it should be tailored to the event's specific needs and quoted accordingly.
Here are a few tips for requesting a stress-free quote for your event:
- Communicate your dates and location (availability/logistics)
- Preferred style/theme/color scheme (prep time & materials sourcing)
- Estimated budget (to narrow down available options)
After the initial discussion, further details will be important:
- Risk assessment & insurance requirements
- Venue access (parking, time for setup/take down)
- Guest arrival time
- Rental/take-home items awareness (most props are hire items)
