5 x annual inspections carried out for an existing client on the 24/06

All of these units passed their inspections and conform the the BS EN 14960 standard 🥳

A new Velcro panel made for the round section on the activity castle.

These inflatables don’t fall under the scope of P**A so these are visually inspected and homemade certificate issued for all units. One repair needed on an anchor point. All passed on the 08/07 🥳

9 x inspections for a new client carried out on the 08/07

5 of the units failed due to seam fails, all repairs carried out meaning all the units are now compliant. A big thank you to Mark @ Top Marks inflatables for doing the repairs on my behalf as I’ve been snowed under.

What better way to spend our bank holiday than p**a testing 20 of our own inflatables as well as providing the slide and jungle fun run to two pubs too 🥳 We will sleep well tonight after that none stop 12 hour day 😴 Big shout out to Madley Park hall also 🤗

This unit had a weak anchor point and a seam fail while carrying out its annual inspection, both repairs complete and this unit is now compliant.

Busy day yesterday carrying out annual inspections for 4 clients.

All the units passed their inspections and conform to the BS EN 14960 standard.

The inflatable dual arena doesn’t come under P**A (Profesional Inflatable Play Association) so is a visual inspection only, looking to check everything is as it should be including seams, anchors and air pressure.

All blowers were also checked and PAT tested.

Annual inspections for a client in Brackley this morning, all units conform to the BS EN 14960 standard and passed their inspection’s 🥳

Annual inspection carried out for a client today, this unit had a seam fail which we were able to complete the repair on site. The inflatable has passed its annual inspection. 🧐 🪡

All ground stakes must be a minimum of 16mm in width x 380mm in length, with a hook on the top of it. All anchor points on your units must be used when hiring outside.

If your hiring outside on anything other than real grass then each anchor point must have 163kg of weight per anchor.

This shark combi castle had 6 anchor points as standard but due to the size of this unit it required 9.
3 anchors points added and this unit is now compliant.

This mega slide failed its inspection due to the stop wall, the height of the wall was to low to contain user meaning the user could just simply fall off the end! Stop wall removed on site making it compliant and safe.

Hi all welcome to my brand new page! My name is Nicola and I am a registered P**A (Professional Inflatble Play Association) inspector. I am a director of 1-2-3 Bounce Ltd and have been in the inflatable industry for almost 10 years. Myself and my partner Simon started initially as bouncy castle hire company and I was that passionate about improving the safety of inflatables that I decided to become a P**A inspector and have been qualified for the past 18 months.
