Thursday saw us returning to Harewood Forest for number 2 outta 3 of our big week in Hampshire. Becky and Louis’ guests enjoyed earl grey brined BBQ chicken, Lavs’ festival style porchetta and some delicious salads -
Crispy roast potatoes with oregano and green olives.
Charred corn fattoush with confit garlic pitta.
Harissa roasted butternut squash, whipped feta, rocket & drizzled garlic.
Last pic is the veggie option of bbq marinaded aub, caramelised onions and butters with a tommy salsa thing.

And saying that we are already thinking about autumn and winter fun - some excellent things in the pipeline but get in touch if you wanna eat some yummy food. It’s what we do.
