Hi Folks. I'm back in Ballyronan again with a Programme of events funded by the National Lottery Community Fund over the next three years. We will have outdoor event such a Mountain Walks, Bat Walks, Wild Food Foraging and inside events like Pottery, Art, Personal Development Courses, and Holistic Therapies. This Sunday we will be welcoming Jack Simpson to practice yoga at Washing Bay! 📢
In this class, Jack will take us through some foundational Hatha yoga poses, to provide the fundamental breathing principles and positions to help bring more awareness and comfort into the body. 🌳
All poses are scalable and modifications will be offered for each pose, with optional Vinyasas for those who want more of a challenge. ✔️
This event will be happening outside under the latest Covid-19 guidelines and under Gazebos if the weather is wet. Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or displaying any Covid symptoms.
