Long tough ride but worth every mile an absolute pleasure to have done the 150 mile coast to coast for our good mates suzie Q and joe but most importantly A Superhero in disguise - Kallie Bear ♥️ Big up me team la Omar Ahmed , Peter absolutely smashed it Coast 2 Coast 👍🏼🙏🏼👊🏼 and everyone else who came on our Wednesdays and Sundays training sessions for last 100 days. Also Big up to all our cheerleaders 📣 at the finish line 💯🫶🏽.

Good Morning Everyone
Sorry for not posting much my poor mama is still a bit worse for wear after her operation🥴

However its less than a week until Dom & the lads at AIR Activity LTD will be taking on coast 2 coast all in aid of raising funds towards my SDR Operation. The lads will be taking on a huge 150mile ride from Hull-Liverpool on Sunday 4th August. The lads have been training long & hard in preparation even joining us at Moel Famau.

This is our last push now guys & what a way to do it
If anyone could/would like to sponsor Dom & the lads even as little as £1 or the price of a coffee we would be so very greatful.
