Fantastic news and well deserved. Well done to Al Blake, the team, and all the good people at the centre, who work so hard.
I have been privileged to perform funeral ceremonies at this very special place. The families and friends have found it to be a comforting and affirming experience.

The Natural Death Centre and Association of Natural Burial Grounds has just awarded The Sustainability Centre with ' Best Natural Burial Site' UK overall winner!

This is fantastic news and is so well deserved by our hard working burials team including our Burials Manager Al Blake, his assistant and our award winning grave diggers.

Our Burial Site nests under a canopy of broadleaf trees and a yew grove, in a peaceful and secluded corner of The Sustainability Centre.

Many families have found great comfort here, laying their loved ones to rest with natural and simple dignity.

Not as colourful a link as I'd like for a wedding related post, but the information is more cheery! Despite the lockdown being delayed, it's good news for couples planning their wedding. Numbers can go up, as long as certain conditions are met. Outdoor locations fare well, and the beauty of a Humanist Wedding is that it can be anywhere you like (and have permission for, of course). Make your wedding special with a bespoke, ceremony unique to you.
