⭐️ Customer Notice - Temporary Changing Room & Health Suite Closure ⭐️

💙 Wednesday 18th December - MALE CHANGING AREA
The male changing room will be closed between 8am and 4pm and there will be no access through to the health suite for males.

🩷 Thursday 19th December - FEMALE CHANGING AREA
The female changing room will be closed between 8am and 4pm and there will be no access through to the health suite for females.

💪 If possible please come 'gym ready', however the purple room by reception will be made a temporary changing area on these days.

🚿 Unfortunately showers will not be available during this time.

🚾 Toilets are available either upstairs by the Martin Grove Suite or the lower end of the building by the mains sports hall.

💨 This closure is to facilitate the renewal of the airflow system in both changing areas.

⭐️ Fitness Class Timetable Update - November 2024 ⭐️

Our fitness class timetable has been updated and is coming in to effect from Monday (4th November 2024). The booking system has been updated to reflect the new timetable.

Changes include:
•⁠ ⁠Removal of Tuesday & Wednesday morning indoor cycling (spin) classes
•⁠ ⁠A new indoor cycling (spin) class will be added on Sundays at 10am (starting from 10th November)
•⁠ ⁠A new Yoga Class will be introduced on Thursdays at 11am (starting from 21st November)
•⁠ ⁠Legs, Bums & Tums on Thursday will be renamed to LBT Step
•⁠ ⁠Yoga flow on Friday will be renamed to Stretch & Flow
•⁠ ⁠A five minute gap has been added between Legs, Bums & Tums and Pump & Shred on Tuesday evenings to help with the classes crossing over
