Commercial break time to show some love to the customers who appreciate their goodies. I was sent this video by my gorgeous client who enjoyed her cake!!

So I had just one job; to make a white buttercream heart shaped Lambeth cake with Pearl writing!! I had a few inspiration ideas including a salmon pink round cake with pearlised writing. Between that and the few messages shared, I ended up with the wrong shape and colour cake. Good thing is that I baked bigger as I gathered the writing would be a challenge. The size then allowed for me to trim down to the desired size and redecorate. Never mind the ganache that went straight into the bin 😃😃#lessonlearned
