I loved the colour scheme for this cake, I was sent a picture of the invite to create something that incorporated the colours and designs from that. I was so pleased how the black buttetcream turned out, it's a hard one to get the right shade 🖤

We've been baking lots of Christmas goodies for market stalls. A new favourite we trialled was a spiced mince pie stuffed cookie, it was very popular and tasty!
