Good morning everyone, Come and enjoy some homemade cake or a light lunch.

This weeks Tearoom opening days are

Tuesday 7th Jan 1pm to 3pm
Thursday 9th Jan 1pm to 3pm
Friday 10th Jan 10am to 2pm
Sunday 12th Jan 10am to 4pm

The only planned closure for January will be Thursday 23rd January for a wake for Beryl a much loved volunteer of the Heritage Centre.

Don’t stay home bored , come and join us for some homemade cake, toasted teacakes, Bacon/ sausage rolls , toasted sandwiches, soup and a roll.

Happy New Year to you all, thank you for your continued support. Wishing you all happiness and health in 2025.

The New Year Day walk is still going ahead tomorrow, but will be reviewed on the Day. Come and get out in the fresh air and enjoy a guided walk. The Tearoom will also be open from 10am to 1pm.

Selection of approximately 10 homemade cakes, Lemon drizzle, Date & Walnut, Apple & Sultana, Coffee & Walnut, Rocky Road, Citrus sponge, Victoria Sponge, Fruit cake, Coconut and raspberry sponge.
Gluten free Victoria sponge
Dairy free Lemon drizzle

Hot food also available, toasted sandwiches, sausage rolls, toasted teacakes, bacon rolls & hot dogs.

The Fundangles & Side by side groups that support dementia carers will be coming along between 2pm and 4pm for a Christmas sing along.

A good turnout to the Christmas Market on Sunday at [Galleywood Heritage Centre) Thanks to all volunteers/helpers, stall holders and visitors. A few photos from the event. The lucky raffle winners are being contacted so that they can call to collect their prizes.

Our Galleywood Christmas Market is still going ahead tomorrow Sunday 24th November FREE ENTRY 11am to 4pm, we are just off of the a12 Galleywood/Stock junction CM2 8TR. All stalls will now be in the main buildings as we are unable to use the Marquee due to storm Bert, although rain is no longer forecast the high winds are.
Santa will also be there in his Grotto £4 includes a small gift.
We will also have a bar selling Hot/chocolate,Baileys & Mulled wine.
Come along get into the festive spirit whilst supporting local small businesses and our charity.

We are also open Sunday 24th November for our Christmas Market. 11am to 4pm.
Santa will be in his grotto until 3pm £4 includes small gift and you are allowed to take photo.
We will also have mulled wine, Baileys hot chocolate, mince pies along with our usual homemade cakes and hot food.

Remembrance exhibition today Sunday 17th November at the Galleywood Heritage Centre CM2 8TR with special visitor. Open now until 3:30pm Pop along and read up on the local history of the world wars. Tearoom is open until 4pm so don’t sit home bored. I know lots of children are currently learning about the wars so they may be interested too
