Best Costumes, before and after Covid!

Adjudication in from North Essex Theatre Guild (NETG).....
Well – what can I say!! The costumes were a visual treat – well designed and fitted.
and beautifully ironed and presented. Each of the main scenes created strong
images – the fairies with their delicate dresses, the purple of the wedding scene, the
beautifully made dame costumes, the red and black of Melania’s lair.
There was an attention to detail that is rarely seen – matching shoes across the
company for chorus numbers, good boot covers for male principals, and consistent
headdresses. The dames’ wigs were spectacular, and we also particularly liked the
excellent headdress and costume for Dreyfus.
The fabric choices for Jack and Nanny Sally, which were complementary, brought a
brightness and vivacity to the stage which only added to their performance.

Regency Style lightweight pale blue Coat, long white waistcoat and white knee britches, fully lined. To fit 40" - 42" chest. Trousers have been modified to fit 34 - 36 waist, 38 around seat.
