sweet potato & butternut squash coconut curry with cavolo nero, steamed basmati in chicken stock & yoghurt raita with lime pickle & roti

sooo last night hosted his very own wing wednesday at and needless to say he absolutely smashed it

the 'wiganero' his take on buffalo/habanero hot sauce was mouth-wateringly good ๐Ÿ”ฅ

and the 'general tso' a sticky hoisin/chilli chinese style with sesame seeds ๐Ÿ’ฆ

classic smokey bbq sauce flav

and a parlour masala (butter clucker) that I did not force him to put on the menu despite what you may think ๐Ÿ‘€

as always our meat is sourced by

expect to catch this one every 1st weds of the month from feb ๐Ÿ‘€

- insanely good cheese/charcuterie board with lobster sliders - really good for cocktails - lively vibes & a good 90s/00s playlist across genres

- beautiful seafood, incredible wine in the a buzzing indoor/outdoor food market with popup restaurants and street food - next time I'm hitting up
paris - a beautiful Japanese style cocktail bar playing strictly vinyl only & seasonal as well as classic cocktails with a twist

- go through the taco restaurant with just a few seats and ask for the bar, out the back and down in a dimly lit room you'll find banging cocktails. I wish I tried the tacos but we'd eaten already (thanks for the recco )

- delish canapรฉs at the conference along with insightful panel talks

- the best duck confit I've ever had - fell off the bone. they squeezed us in without a reservation and ended up gifting us a salted caramel French toast for dessert ๐Ÿ’˜

the service, surroundings, restaurants, weather, bars, food & drinks were unreal every day... until next time

this was the vegetarian option from my supper club at yesterday and I'll definitely be making it again

sweetness from peas & jaggery combined with little heat from dried kashmiri chilli & texture from freshly grated coconut
