Update on 3foot People Festival 2023:

We love our festivals and we know you do too, so we know you’ll be disappointed by the news that 3foot won’t be back this summer.

Although we’re really sad that we won’t get to see you this July, we know in our heart that it’s the right decision. It’s tough for the events industry right now and we don’t want to respond to this challenge by simply putting our ticket prices up.

We want our festival to remain affordable for the many, not just the few, with brilliant, inclusive entertainment that breaks new ground, just as 3foot did when it started.

We hope you understand - sometimes it takes time to do the right thing.

If you’re looking for activities and shared experiences for your little partygoers this summer, keep an eye out for the free programme of events and performances in Tindal Square, which will have sessions for little ones inspired by the 3foot People Festival.

Wishing you a fun-filled few months and we’ll see you soon.

Chelmsford City Council has announced a rethink for the popular 3foot People and Fling festivals, following the launch of the district’s new Cultural Strategy and rising costs in the events industry.

If you have tickets to the 3 foot festival today due to the weather and us not being able to do everything we’d hoped we are allowing FREE ENTRY between 9.30am-2.30pm to our City Centre venue.
(We close at 3pm)

A valid ticket with todays date MUST be shown. General admission applies for any siblings/adults.
