Aussie BBQ are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the Best Independent Caterer at the prestigious Essex Wedding Awards 🥳. The whole night was phenomenal and executed perfectly💃🍽️.

We are very pleased to have won the award and are already blown away by the love and support we have received❤️.

We would like to thank all our staff who work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that our events run smoothly and the food is cooked to perfection… the Aussie way😍🍔.

Check out our chef cooking up a storm on our 5 foot paella dish. Due to the size of the pan this signature dish can feed a minimum of 80 people. The main ingredients are chorizo, chicken, paella rice, barramundi, calamari, mussels (in shells) and prawns.

We can also cater a paella dish without the fish or without the meat to cater for specific dietary requirements.

As summer comes to an end we would like to thank all Aussie BBQ clients, new and longstanding for continued business. With 2025 shortly on the horizon we now look to the new year for bookings so please keep us in mind for corporate events, weddings and private parties.
