G’night cowboys… that's 2024 complete for Oasis Events, our clients, and all the epic folk who have made fantastic things happen with us in 2024 �

We've dropped into Manor houses, Farms, an Aircraft hanger, Fields and Barns, Office buildings, a Factory site, a Railway Museum, gardens, a 5th-floor Restaurant, Schools, Colleges and a Cathedral this year to create unique, tailored, and memorable magic. Time to hang up our boots for a short spell before we open the box of delights simmering in the pipeline for next year �

� Lantern-lit moment for in June. We will be taking a leaf out of her book Cutter Brooks shop for a much-needed winter hibernation as she beautifully put it; ours starts today and ends on 6th Jan. Merry Christmas y'all �See you in 2025 �

PRIVATE EVENTS We were honoured to be asked to work with Gloucester Cathedral's development team to produce this fundraising dinner, to design and style the evening, and even be involved in planning the musical highlights for a uniquely bespoke, once-in-a-lifetime meal and musical evening hosted by The Very Reverend Andrew Zihni Dean of Gloucester in the presence of TRH the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester.

The event was part of the Cathedral's "In Tune" music and organ campaign which aims to ensure that the exquisite music-making in this treasured, sacred space continues down the ages.

In this iconic building you can literally sense the awe-inspiring history; it is overhead, underfoot and down every gorgeous vista, as you march through the many necessary tasks, cover the thousands of steps and address all the very specific aspects of working in a unique venue like this one to make something epic happen there, it's all around you.

COMPANY EVENTS We all have our talents, and some people are really good at very specific things 😂

These guys were a small part of the big picture but nailed not only acrobatics but witty repartee and ice-breaking chat to relax and entertain our first arrivals. Later on, guests were invited and encouraged to become the top of the pyramid, sometimes in handstand form - complete with assistance to hold drinks and handbags while they were at it - photo evidence is being kept private 🤠

How about a spine-chilling meticulously planned celebration that will leave you with goosebumps - do you dare to walk through a haunting forest trail of ghostly figures lurking. unsettling whispers and a wicked witch with a cauldron full of dismembered limbs?

Our terrifying night of Halloween celebrations included a spooky barn transformation to host the guests indoors, and a ghostly trail through the dark woods of the Cotswolds, with eery sights, sounds and happenings to unnerve even the mightiest adult trick or treater…

VENUE TRANSFORMATIONS 👀👀 Time to share the exclusive UK launch for the Ferrari 12 Cilindri at the iconic STEAM Museum in Swindon - where we transformed the Great Western Hall for official Ferrari dealer Dick Lovett🏎️🏎️🏎️

The transformation of the iconic hall was a collaborative effort with Dick Lovett and the Italian roadshow production team, Genius Projetti. Working closely with the venue and catering team we ensured that every detail aligned with the premium quality expectations of the brand and their VIP audience. From protecting the listed status of the building to meticulous coordination with technical production, every aspect was handled with care. As our client put it - we "smashed it" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐- thank you! 🏎️

When the planning involves everything from late-night calls to Lake Como to 8m tall drapes high in the air and a fleet of stylists on the ground you know its going to be good! Huge thanks to everyone providing the details to deliver the vision - from drapes to table settings, articulated lorries full of outdoor foliage, to floristry, linens and furniture, props and onsite coordination - perfection!

Amanda's inimitable, fabulous chic version of a "country store” is in our hometown of Stow on the Wold - curated by Amanda, a New York City girl, inspired by England. The store itself is closes its doors soon so no better time to snap up a bargain from one of the most sought-after brands in the Cotswolds - still operating online for those who cant live without..

Having worked closely with Amanda and thoroughly enjoyed bringing her wonderful vision for her party to life, we're very excited to see what this exceptional, visionary, and stylish New Yorker in the English countryside brings us all next.
