Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Laser Tag Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, capable of managing a team, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Laser Tag Supervisor, you will ensure that all guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision: Oversee laser tag sessions, ensuring safety and fun for all participants.
Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support staff members during weekend and evening shifts.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all laser tag equipment is in good working condition and perform basic troubleshooting as needed.
Safety: Enforce all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
Event Coordination: Assist with organizing and managing special events and parties.
Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in a customer service or entertainment environment.
Availability: Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Attitude: Positive, energetic, and customer-oriented.
Certification: First Aid certification is a plus.

After careful consideration we are changing our required age to play laser tag here at funky laser tag.

As of FRIDAY 19th APRIL 2024 you will need to be of the ages 6+ to take part in laser tag before it was 5+ we have updated our website to cover this in the FAQ page under the question “are there any age restrictions”. https://www.funky-lasertag.co.uk/faqs

Those who have birthday parties already booked for there 5 year olds we will still allow them, anyone looking to book or walk in with children the age of 5 will be told they are not allowed to play.

Fancy some more challenging games modes compared to our standard games well come on down for tonight only🤔 from 6-8 o’clock tonight

The games we will run are:
Shadows - go dark with unlimited missiles and squash your opponent from the dark corners of the arena🥷

Laserball - football in laser tag 2 teams blue v red players stat at their own goal to commence the game one player will get the ball the suit will say who this is the mission is to score by shooting the other team’s goal can you defend or play to score and win

Highlander-just like our gladiator game however you have unlimited shots and missiles and have limited lives the goal is to be the last man standing

Capture the flag - 2 teams blue v red your mission is to get the opposite teams flag any way possible once captured the flag get it back your base to score.

And more

Please note we may close early if no one books on, as well these games do require a good amount of people in order to play so if not enough we will do normal standard missions.
