What a wonderful evening we had on Friday catering at the stunning @templeguitingmanor ✨ We had the pleasure of serving up some truly special dishes, including:

* Pan Fried Scallops with Celeriac Puree, Black Pudding Crumb & Parsnip Crisps
* * Roasted Butternut Squash & Red Pepper Soup with Herb Pesto, Toasted Pumpkin Seeds & Warm Sourdough (Vegan)
🍗 Main Course:
* Nut Roast with Madeira Sauce (Vegan, no mushrooms)
* Boned & Rolled Turkey, Pigs in Blankets, and a Turkey & White Wine Sauce
* * Served with Chestnut Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Brussels, Carrots, Braised Red Cabbage, Roasted Potatoes (all sides vegan and served family-style for guests to help themselves)

The cost is £75 + VAT per person, which is applied towards your final bill if you choose to move forward with us, so it’s both a planning session and a credit towards your big day.

This weekend, Lauren & Will’s English country garden themed wedding at Sudeley Castle featured our Italian-inspired hand-crafted menus, showcasing an array of exquisite canapés and a Bronze Menu wedding breakfast.

- Paté di Funghi su Crostini (Mushroom paté on crostini with spiced fruit chutney)

- Tonno Scottato al Pistacchio e Limone (Seared tuna with pistachio and lemon)
