We recommend allowing 2-4 weeks notice when booking however we can usually accommodate bookings with 5 days notice. Please bear in mind this will depend on if we have or are able to get the stock in time.
All quotes are free, but please give us as much detail and information as possible so we can understand and give you prices and ideas that will suit you. No booking, installation or creation will ever be exactly the same as one we have done before or inspo from another, the beauty of balloons and our art craft is everything will be totally unique to each client 🤩

1. Can you use the balloons we have already? No, we use branded, quality balloons from highly regarded industry suppliers. We also use a range of sizes to create our displays and it often requires a lot more balloons than you think.
2. Can you lower the price slightly? No, this would not be fair on our other clients and other balloon artists or us. We have to pay insurance, fuel, materials and don’t forget our time. We use a pricing formula that matches industry standards but we do always try to include added extras if we can.
3. Can you come back later to collect we’re not finished? No, not if we have already arrived ready to collect at the agreed time. This is because we may have other set ups that day or our own private plans. We do always try and be flexible where we can.

🤍 Balloon Installations 🩷
It’s not impossible to move an installation once it’s set up but it is very hard, depending on the prop and size there will be numerous weights, clamps and heavy equipment, that’s not the mention the arrangement of balloons, florals etc we have been tediously tweaking (as it has to be just perfect 👌🏼) so it might not be possible.
We recommend checking in before hand about where exactly you want the set up at the venue so we can try to avoid moving anything at the last minute. We will always do what we can where we can 🥰
