A Frozen themed cake for an Elsa obsessed 4 year old! I really enjoyed using my new piping set to make the buttercream swirls on the dress and finishing the whole thing off with shimmering pearl white lustre!

I made this cake for the inaugural concert for the newly formed Riverhouse Barn Arts Centre choir back in December!

Being a delicate logo on a white background I had to try really hard not to make a single mistake when applying the fondant!

Congrats on a first great concert and looking forward to the next one next month!

Another beach themed cake I made for my partner's parent's 30th Wedding Anniversary a couple of years ago! A three tiered Victoria sponge, covered in blue fondant icing, biscuit crumb "sand" and pearlescent fondant sea shells to finish it off!

10 years ago I was asked if I could make a 30th anniversary cake for Gunnersbury Triangle Nature Reserve where I volunteered. It was the first big cake project I'd ever really done and it made me start up my cake business! The cake was so big that I had to make a cake board for it out of a cardboard box because you couldn't buy cake boards that big!

Strange how almost 10 years exactly (1 day out!) has passed between making that cake and registering to start up my cake business again!

Another wildlife cake which I made a few years ago for my mum who loves feeding the birds in her garden! The three birds are all made from edible fondant icing, the feeder is filled with edible pebbles and the whole thing is decorated with tiny black edible pen dots - which took ages! 😂

I made my daughter's first birthday cake with an underwater theme to match her nursery! Also because I love octopuses... 😁🐙 The board was covered in biscuit "sand", her name is made from solid chocolate decorated with a pearl shimmer and chocolate "seashells" made from marbled milk and white chocolate 😋
