We are aware that some customers have received charges when the registration machine was down. We have notified Britannia of these dates and they should be removing all charges. We apologise if you still receive a charge as this should not be the case. We recommend emailing Britannia themselves with a screenshot of this post. Unfortunately we cannot remove these personally as it is out of our control!

We would once again like to remind customers that their vehicle registration MUST be entered into the tablet (located opposite the bar with signage) to extend your 30 minute maximum stay. Our car park is solely for the use of paying customers.

If you do not enter your registration within the 30 minute stay, you will receive a parking charge. The staff cannot accept any responsibility for any charges received. We have 11-12 signs posted around our car park, the pub garden and inside the pub. These signs are posted in open spaces in large print. They are positioned clearly and are for the convenience of customers. The details are in full below for customers to follow.

Unfortunately, we cannot resolve any charges as it is the customers responsibility to enter their own vehicle registration. Please do not blame or verbally abuse our staff in regards to any parking charges you may receive from Britannia Parking, it is not acceptable behaviour. So, if you're planning a visit, please enter your registration!

We did not personally install the ANPR system, it was put in place by the brewery. Many pubs/restaurants have ANPR controlled parking to regulate parking situations.
