Today Obis 360 turns 20 years old!

We are so incredibly proud of Obis 360 and everything we have achieved in our 20 years of business.

We have survived major events that knocked the events industry for six including global pandemics, tsunamis, earthquakes, wars, global recessions, terrorist attacks, Brexit to name but a few and we are so proud to still be here providing our clients amazing service to deliver outstanding events.

We have had the absolute pleasure to work with some incredible clients on some amazing events and some fabulous suppliers.

We have also worked with some amazing people over the years who have all helped Obis 360 grow to the small but mighty powerhouse we are today 😊

As every year, it’s onwards and upwards for Obis 360 and we cannot wait to see where the journey will take us for the next year and decade or two 😊

Yesterday I had the pleasure to visit the newly opened Hilton Woking

Situated within walking distance of Woking train station with London only 20 minutes away by train and conveniently located just off the M25 with ample parking available it is extremely easy to get to and a great option for guests wanting to offer a location outside London with ease of access.

They have a variety of food and beverage outlets including GLOW Lounge and Terrace which offers casual lounge and outside terrace (the terrace can also be hired for events), LOFT Sky Bar with panoramic views and signature cocktails and OXBO serving breakfast, lunch and dinner using sustainably sourced local suppliers and ingredients.

With 11 meeting rooms, all with natural daylight, and a pillar free ballroom for up to 600 theatre style this is an extremely flexible hotel with a variety of event space to cater for every event need. The hotel has 189 beautifully furnished bedrooms and accept group block bookings.

This time last week, we got to go see the newly opened Peninsula London.

This venue is gorgeous and has catered for every need when it comes to events.

The hotel offers 190 bedrooms. Its largest event space - St. George Ballroom can accommodate 450 cabaret style. They have an in house cinema which can be privatized and accommodate 15 theatre. Then a mix of 5 other meetings space which can range from 80 reception to 12 boardroom.

They also have three in house restaurants which can be also be completely privatized, and have their own private dining spaces that can accommodate from 16-24 delegates.

Earlier this week , we were invited on a FAM trip to see some different venues under the Rare Restaurant group with the lovely Elle Gibbons.

We got to see the following venues:

M Threadneedle Street with 2 private rooms and 2 semi private spaces and the alternative for a full venue hire.

Gaucho City with 2 private dining rooms and conference space.

Gaucho Chancery Lane with 1 private room and an mezzanine area that can be hired out exclusive.

Gaucho Charlotte Street with a semi private dining room and a cocktail bar that can be hired out exclusive.

Whistle stop visit to Barcelona yesterday for a client site visits.

We visited the absolutely stunning Hotel Arts Barcelona , Sofitel Barcelona Skipper and W Barcelona.





We saw all the fabulous meeting and event space available at all 3 hotels and were treated to some delicious tapas at the Hotel Arts.

Whistle stop visit to Barcelona yesterday for a client site visits.

We visited the absolutely stunning Hotel Arts Barcelona Sofitel Barcelona Skipper and W Barcelona.

We went to go see the stunning Raffles at The OWO

This hotel was only open last year September after undergoing a 6-year restoration to turn the Old War Office, today known as The OWO, into an exciting new venue. The hotel is a Grade II* listed building and what was the state rooms and grand war offices have been transformed into 120 spacious guest rooms and suites.

The Whitehall Ballroom is the gorgeous space which can accommodate 450-500 banquet depending on use of stage or not. This space can be divided into a three smaller spaces and the foyer is perfect for drinks receptions or private dinner. They also have two smaller meeting rooms Morse & Code which can be divided in 10 small meeting rooms. The space is very flexible.

The hotel has nine restaurants and three bars, which a Michelin Staf in house Chef – each with a different style and cuisines, so perfect for every palette. Some of the spaces can be privatized for private dinners or drinks receptions.

The hotel also has a full in-house spa and beauty salon, as well as stunning 20M swimming pool with state of the art gym and movement studio.

We had the absolute pleasure to be hosted by the lovely Claire Bewers for an amazing FAM trip yesterday. 😊

First we visited the beautiful Langshott Manor in Surrey. Intimately sized with 22 bedrooms, it is perfect for exclusive use and is a show-shopping choice for occasions & corporate retreats. The exclusive use hire is unbelievably reasonable trust us! 😃

After polishing off a lovely afternoon tea we headed over to the Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa just down the road from Langshott Manor in West Sussex.

This beautiful hotel is set amid 120 acres of beautiful parkland with a stunning onsite spa!

With two larger meeting rooms, the Shelley Suite and Wakehurst Suite taking up to 120 and 40 attendees respectively, and a number of smaller meeting rooms for breakouts or private dinners, it is the perfect hotel for mid-sized meetings.

Food and drink at the Alexander House is outstanding! With the 3-AA rosette fine dining restaurant AGs and their 2-AA rosette brasserie Reflections you are spoilt for choice when it comes to dinner. Plus there is the beautiful Champagne bar and South Drawing room for a spot of afternoon tea.

We were treated to dinner and then an overnight stay in the Garden Suites – out of this world!

Earlier this week , we went to see and . Thanks so much to the lovely Emily for showing us around.

South Place Hotel is a very cool and contemporary hotel near Moorgate. The hotels have 80 bedrooms, with Suites. The venue has 5 meetings rooms which can be used for private dining. A secret garden which is regularly updated with new themes e are perfect for small dinners or drinks receptions. The current theme is the Scottish Highland, with glorious heather plants.

Purdey & Steel is their largest room which can accommodate 100 guests seated. The Kurtakin room has the largest round table in London- up to 20 people.

Next door to the hotel is the Angler restaurant and as the hotel is in the D&D events group, the Rooftop can be sued for a great drink’s reception in the summer.

The venue is super flexible and would make a great talking point of your next meeting or event.

Eccleston Square Hotel which is just a short walk from Victoria station, has 39 numbers and a small meeting room, which is ideal for smaller groups if you are looking for a quiet modern place to stay.

On the same street as Winston Churchill old house, it overlooks a Private Gardens , which hotel guests can get access to, giving you a sense of calm in the middle of the busy city.

It was an honour for Obis 360 to be invited to The MEETINGS SPACE in Cannes. Such a great group of suppliers, buyers and activities. It was also great to see the changes at JW Marriott Cannes.

Last week we went to see Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton Waterfront and The Grand Brighton.

The Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton Waterfront which is along the waterfront and walking distance to the famous Brighton lanes.

The hotel has 230 guestrooms and loads of meeting room space. With 8 break out rooms on its own floor and a large Ballroom, known as Renaissance Suite , that can host 250 Banquet,  with its own entrance as well a 2 large reception area.

Within 5-minute walking distance is The Grand Brighton, the 156 year historic hotel has over 200 bedrooms over 7 floors.

With a gorgeous massive Ballroom, known as the Empress Suite,  that can fit over 600 Banquet style , with its own entrance and bar area perfect for drinks reception.  There is 4 other smaller meeting spaces which could be used as break out spaces.

The in-house restaurant Cyan can be hire out for private dinners, or drinks reception.

Located just outside of Guildford, five miles from J10 of the M25 and with direct train routes into London Waterloo; De Vere Horsley Estate has 51 flexible event spaces for up to 200 guests across three settings for conferences, meetings and training, along with grounds for teambuilding.

Horsley Estate is a modern Management Centre where flexible spaces, neutral tones and natural light combine to create a fresh and energising backdrop. For smaller meetings, The Court offers a choice of modern rooms, all recently refurbished with bold tones and contemporary décor, whilst still offering glimpses of the original stonework of the old stables.

The historic mansion, Horsley Towers, is home to the Great Hall with its dramatic original features, making it a grand space for private dinners and exclusive events alike.
