Hey everyone! I wanted to take this opportunity to give you guys a little bit of information about me, the face behind Wallbang Entertainment.
My name’s Ash, I’ve been a DJ now for close to two decades. Starting out in my bedroom at the prime young age of 18 I quickly made a name for myself as Wod-c, a masked Hardbass DJ/producer regularly headlining at events internationally. In 2011 I entered a DJ competition unmasked for the first time as myself, this was the Smirnoff National DJ competition, winning my heats all the way to final which was judged by Radio 1 and Capital FM hosts Huw Stephen’s & JK & Joel respectively. The prize for winning was a residency at BCM Super Club in Magaluf and working with some the biggest DJ’s/Artists in the world. After flying out to Mallorca and spending some time there playing at not only BCM but a number of other bars and clubs I returned home with a lovely tan and stayed home when I became a dad!
However, this didn’t stop me continuing my passion for making memories and I would begin touring for the official BCM World Tour showcasing the club up and down the UK. As well as occasionally headlining at huge international Hardbass events. As time passed I began winding down and searching for more local work, landing at a number of bars & clubs in Wrexham before moving back to the iconic City of Chester, my hometown where I play out weekly @ Rosie’s Nightclub, Chester’s number one dedicated nightclub!
From performing at festivals to fireworks displays, birthday parties and weddings, I can offer private bookings for just about anything around my continued work in the nightlife industry.
