We spent the evening in the incredible Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral Crypt 🍽️ 🙌

Serving up some of our chefs canape delights including:
✨ Pressed Beef Short Rib in a Yorkshire pudding with of course horseradish cream
✨ Trio of chipolatas - honey mustard, black pudding, pork & leek
✨ Soy and honey glazed pork belly, prawn cracker, pickled radish
✨ King oyster mushroom yakitori, burnt leek and black sesame emulsion

Friday night was all about support and fundraising for the incredible Claire House ✨ all courtesy of Redrow 👏

Transforming the Pavilion Suite at Chester Racecourse into a night of old Hollywood glamour to raise money for such an important cause. 🙌

Hearing the heart breaking stories from the families themselves, brought to light the inspiring work everyone at Claire House Children's Hospice does.
