🥂 Huge congratulations go to Amy and Jack who were married in May! 🥂

They had the perfect day for an outdoor Spring wedding; lovely and warm with fantastic clear blue skies.

And, how gorgeous is Amy! We love her pearl accessories which complement her dress beautifully.

We have an exciting opportunity to expand our dedicated team at Brides of Chester with a Bridal Sales Consultant position.

This post is suitable for an enthusiastic and confident individual who has a passion for retail, high levels of customer service and attention to detail.

As a Sales Consultant, you are responsible for ensuring the provision of excellent customer service to Brides and their Guests through all stages of their wedding dress journey. This involves everything from initial customer inquiries through to the advising and assisting of Brides during their appointments and the organisation of the all-important after service, right up to the point of gown collection.

Summary of Role:

Greeting and attending to Brides in a polite, friendly and helpful manner.

Pro-actively offering advice and guidance to Brides throughout their appointments.

Helping Brides into and out of their chosen wedding dresses in a courteous and respectful manner.

Helping Brides throughout the process, including navigating their wedding dress fittings and collections.

Assisting in the receiving and organisation of deliveries.

Any other general duties in maintaining the high standards and smooth running of the boutique.

Desirable Qualities:

A well-presented, confident individual who has experience in dealing with the public in a courteous but professional manner in a customer facing role.

A proficient level of numeracy and literacy.

Previous experience in bridal industry is desirable, but not essential.

An active interest in fashion and design.

Some sewing skills would be an advantage, but not essential.

Job Type: Permanent

Hours of Work: 14 to 25 hours per week, weekends essential

Salary: Dependent on experience

Training - Full on the job training given

As one of the longest established and most successful Bridal Boutiques in the North West, Brides of Chester is a busy, vibrant and challenging environment, with the highest reputation within the industry for standards and customer service.

Please note that as the role involves assisting Brides in a state of undress, we can only accept applications from females. This role is exempt from the Equality Act due to reasons of decency.
