Funeral buffet I done yesterday, with some lovely feed back.. I forgot to get more pics, but hot pot & chicken Balti, roast potatoes, ribs & rice & also provided tea & coffee..

A couple of pictures, I got from my buffet last week.. Homemade salt & pepper sausage rolls & steak, onion & potato pies, bbq ribs & chicken wings, my little pastry puffs for my hotpot, salad tray, sandwiches & chicken & tomato pasta 😋

House buffet for a communion.. bbq sticky ribs & salt & pepper chicken.. pastas & salads, Hollands meat & potatoe pies, Greg’s mini sausage rolls, chippy chips, tempura battered chicken crusty rolls & a raspberry ripple cheesecake, delivered on time & piping hot 😍👌

Take away, Sunday Roasts including a slice of homemade cheesecake £13.50 available for collection… on available dates..

1 dinner consists of as standard.. 3 meats… Pork, Lamb & chicken, mini sausage, homemade Mustard Yorkshire pudding, Salt & Pepper Roast Potatoes, Buttery cabbage, Carrots & Turnip peas & green beans, sage & onion stuffing & a pot of Gravy.

The dinners will need to be reheated, after 30mins of non collection the dinners are stored in temperature controlled fridge & this is an advisory… roast potatoes to be air fried for best results 7/8 mins, temp 180, (if you have one, if not use the oven, temp & times will vary) Yorkshire pudding 1/2 minutes, temp 180. The rest of the food can be microwaved on a plate, or placed in the oven in the foil tray.

ALLERGEN information these dinners DO contain MUSTARD, EGGS & DAIRY cheesecake ingredients are shown in a picture below...
