Upon reflection of how far not only I have come but the business also. I could not be happier to recieve this 5 Star food hygiene rating, two years on from my last.

Since my last 5 Star I've had a baby, run busy wedding seasons and everything in between. Whilst trying to plan our own wedding 🙃😂

Thank you to the incredibly talented David & his team for their super beatiful and Incredibly delicious dinner this weekend

Ambience was warm and inviting, where we sat at the chefs high table, service was seemless and the food was "Just wow"

Incredible class with Min learning the art of making sourdough 😍 What an inspiration she is....

The ethos of working closely with the farmers to ensure the best wheat is used and biodiversity is key in what they do.

If you are ever down go and visit Min at the bakery in to buy her bakery goods and taste her baked across the manors restaurants.

What a lovely day for a team corporate polo lesson

🍽️ Seabream fillets on a bed of creamy mash, lobster bisque & samphire topped with a runny quails egg
Fish supplied by .something.fishy and the quality showed 🙏

🍽️ Eton mess! Hazelnut meringue, lime & mint strawberry coulis, chantilly cream, fresh strawberries & raspberries. Finished with candied pistachios
