Khichadi is a traditional Indian dish made from rice, lentils and fenugreek leaves cooked together in a simple, easy way. It’s so comforting to eat. The dish is soft, mild in taste, and easy to digest. It can be flavoured with spices like cumin, turmeric, and ginger, and you can add vegetables or ghee (clarified butter) to make it more delicious. Khichadi is loved for it's simplicity. I have added spinach on the top for an extra deliciousness!πŸ˜‹

Foul is a Middle-Eastern vegan breakfast dish of steamed broad beans flavored with lemon juice, garlic, chopped parsley, tomatoes and served with olive oil. Harvested so many Broad beans, that I had to make this dish, and it turned out absolutely delicious! The rich flavors and creamy texture was perfect to have it flat bread or with crackers. Plus, it's packed with health benefitsβ€”full of protein, fiber, and essential nutrients. Fresh, wholesome ingredients make this a nutritious and a delicious choice! 😊
