Just got home from a lovely little job in Bosham this evening.
We did a Private Dinner Party for 8 Guests celebrating a 30th Birthday.

3 Courses for £60pp.

King Prawns in a Garlic & Tomato Sauce served with Balsamic Dressed Salad & Fresh Bread.

Sirloin Steaks cooked Medium Rare (from Starrs Butchers in Emsworth) served with Grilled Flat Mushroom, Slow Roasted Vine Tomatoes, Sautéed Potatoes & a Brandy Peppercorn Sauce.

Sticky Toffee Pudding with Clotted Cream to finish.

This was a bespoke menu requested by the client which is something we always encourage and prefer.
