THE DINING EXPERIENCE || From sketch to plate, we are reflecting on the incredible dining experience that took place at the beginning of this month - what an evening it was!

Guests enjoyed a 7-course menu in our stunning flintstone barn. Each dish was thoughtfully created by our executive chef Simon, to take his guests on a journey, drawing inspiration from his global travels.

Creating magic in the kitchen goes beyond ingredients and technique; it’s about crafting an experience that tantalises the senses and leaves guests in awe. From the sizzle of the pan, to the presentation on the plate, each dish tells a story of passion and creativity, making every moment unforgettable.

The event was captured so wonderfully by the incredibly talented , who not only managed to capture the fantastic atmosphere on the evening but also the buzz in the kitchen.

Initial thoughts and ideas are already bouncing around the team for our next event. With our last dining experience selling out, keep your eyes peeled for further information on future plans.
