Discovered this great sandwich hut on Arron today , simply the best sandwich I ever had, choices of two breads , we had the saffron and hazelnut sourdough . Small little place , incredibly well organised and busy .

I have recently done some volunteer work with , a few hours a week , I have been blown away by how much food UK Harvest rescues , I have been out to a few food production companies in the area and I knew there was a lot of food production, but no idea of the scale . So I have been enjoying it, so if you see me driving their van slowly , it’s because it’s very full of wonderful delicious food , that gets re distributed . Ps those two little peppers I had to have , so cute!

Starters ( pea and mint fritters with whipped feta and black olive soil ) and pudding of apple martini ( layers of apple and lemon thyme compote,apple fool, sour apple liqueur jelly and an apple crisp) for a private event this weekend, of course there were courses in between !

When we do events we also do a full tasting , help with table styling , offer different ways of doing your venue, not just the table, styling the whole venue can be fun amongst all the organising. This is for a wedding next year , a great venue where only your imagination will stop you .
