Life is short, precious and unpredictable, so it's never too early to start thinking about where you'd want to say goodbye to a loved one, or where you'd want people to say goodbye to you.
It might be a little odd to have a favourite funeral ceremony space - but if such a thing exists this is mine, and if I'm still local when my time comes it's where I'd like mine to be held.
The ceremony room at GreenAcres Living Memorial Parks Chilterns is just a serene and beautiful space, it feels friendly (if you know, you know!), it's got comfy seats which is a win, as no one wants a numb bum during a funeral, but most importantly it provides the perfect backdrop for a personal and meaningful celebration of life.
The added bonus is the team are just lovely too, and you may even see some woodland animals!

Using rocketbook not only cuts down my paper usage massively, it also helps me keep all my notes together and stored in a password protected way.

I love love LOVE a venue with a pretty outdoor space.
Not only do they provide a stunning backdrop to any ceremony, I also find fresh air, blue skies (if the weather is on our side!), water and lush greenery good for the soul.
Last week I had the absolute pleasure of being a guest at The Grove near Watford, and they really do have the pretty outdoor thing nailed - complete with sparkly lights and fire pits too.
Simply beautiful 😍 What a dreamy place for a gorgeous wedding.
