And In the spirit of true ‘vintage’, we have some lovely old ladies spanning from 1933 to 1951 to help us, including a gorgeous treadle machine!
‘Granny Petty’ (66k made in 1934), Ethel (a 201k made in 1941), Edith (201k made in 1950) and Mavis & Mable machine and treadle table (15k from 1933). These girls may be getting on a bit but not only do they still look absolutely splendid and go like a dream, they happen to really knock the socks off their newer counterparts when it comes to getting through bobbin after bobbin without even breaking into the mildest of sweats! Ethel is currently teamed up with Mable, so not only are we super vintage in our production, but many of the designs in our bunting hire range have been made with the help of super green power too!
