We have spent the beginning of the year visiting the sites of our upcoming projects:
⭐️ Big Retreat Festival
⭐️ Got The Love Festival
⭐️ Red Bull Soapbox Race
⭐️ Swansea Concert Series
⭐️ Glastonbury

Asides from site visits we’ve also been working on some super secret but exciting projects in the background that we cannot wait to share later on 🤩

The team have been hard at work procuring, writing safety documentation, site planning and producing feasibility studies 👀

What do Snowmen and Ops People do over the festive period? ☃️

As we go full throttle into 2024, it’s quite hard to believe 2023 is almost over - and how quickly it went! ⏱️

From what we thought was going to be a quiet year, turned out to be quite the opposite 🤩

So naturally, we rounded the troops and celebrated by throwing axes 🪓

It’s now very almost time for our team to take a well earned break and… chill out 😎✌️❄️

Busy bees for 2023 🐝 time for a recap!

⛸️ Started at Glide at Battersea Power Station providing Safety for the breakdown of their ice rink ❄️

📊 The team in the office wrote safety documentation, meticulously procured all our summer projects, went on plenty of site visits and designed new site layouts 📍

👾 Insomnia the Gaming Festival bringing the Red Bull Gaming Sphere activation to life 🕹️

🐎 Returned to Chatsworth Horse Trials providing Site Management, Crew and Site Design 👒

📲 Built the bones of a brand new project hopefully arriving in 2025 👀

🎪Supported LFX Events Ltd with Site Management and Scheduling ✏️

🍭 Returned to Taste of London Festival to manage Front of House for IMG 🥟

🎶 Returned to Telford QE11 Arena then two brand new sites, Swansea Singleton Park and Caldicot Castle 🎸 We provided Production, Operations, Safety, Site Design, Site Management and Crew.

👷‍♀️Gained a NEBOSH qualification in the team! 🦺

⛺️Returned to Torchlight to provide Safety for Coalesce 🔦

🍤 Camping Zones and Pedestrian Access Gate at The Big Feastival for IMG 🍩

🏎️ Assisted CarFest with Floor Management, Production Support and Information 🏁

🏅Returned to Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials for the 8th time to support Stable Events Ltd by providing Site Design, Operations Assistance, Site Management and Crew 💐

✨ Site Design and Logistics for a super secret project for next year 🤫

🔧 RM Sotheby’s London to Brighton Veteran Car Run for Royal Automobile Club 🏁 Ops teams in London, Crawley and Brighton 🙌

💻 We bring the year to a close by diving deep into documentation, procurement, site design and plenty of site visits for next year! 📲

And that’s a wrap on the RM Sotheby’s London to Brighton Veteran Car Run 2023 ⚙️

We’ve spent another year working very closely with the Royal Automobile Club to continuously improve the event since them taking it in house last year.

We provided site design, operations, marshal management, event control as well as our fantastic crew.

This fantastic event wouldn’t be possible without our incredible suppliers and we thank you endlessly!
