Our 2025 wedding fair dates are:

23rd February & 28th September.

If looking to exhibit at one of these well established wedding fairs, please get in touch.
We limit numbers for each type of exhibitor, so that there is a selection for couples but without too much of the same thing.

Stand spaces are sold on a first come basis and start at just £50. So please get in touch if wanting to exhibit.

After a very successful and well attended wedding fair at Chipping Sodbury town hall recently, we have now booked the venue for next years two fairs. The fair dates are 23rd Feb and 28th September.

Stand spaces to new exhibitors will be open on the 25th October, so if you want to be added to our waiting list, please get in touch.

If you exhibited at the recent fair, and want to exhibit again next year, please get the form and payment back to us by the 25th October, to secure your space.

CHIPPING SODBURY WEDDING FAIR- 29th Sept.

Just one week to go until the fantastic wedding fair in Chipping Sodbury town hall.
This wedding fair is probably the biggest in the area and we will have stands both up and downstairs, with plenty of local companies on hand to help plan your special day.
At the fair entry is free, with donations to Young Lives vs Cancer.
If planning your wedding, pop along 11-3 and checkout all the great suppliers.

We have a few stand spaces available at our next Chipping Sodbury wedding fair, on the 29th September.
With 111 brides registering on the door in Feb, this is one of the busiest wedding fairs in the area.

Stand spaces start at £50 for an upstairs stand and £90 downstairs. Limited spaces now available.

We are full for photographers, photobooths and cars, but will consider all other types of exhibit. Stands are sold on a first come basis.

We have a fantastic line up already booked in for Septembers wedding fair, but we have decided to open the upstairs, hence having extra room for more exhibits.

If you offer something traditional, a bit different, or unique and want to showcase the service at our wedding fair, please get in touch. Stand spaces start at £50 and are sold on a first come basis.

At Februarys fair we had 111 brides register on the door, making it a very popular event.

Thanks to everyone that supported our wedding fair today. We had 111 brides register on the door, with just a few slipping the net.

From donations on the door we raised £91 for Young Lives vs Cancer, which is great.

Our autumn fair is the 29th September, we are now taking booking for exhibitors at this fair.

If you haven’t exhibited with us before and want to try one of our wedding fairs, we have a fantastic discount offer, for new exhibitors.

Tomorrow see us hosting our 22nd wedding fair at Chipping Sodbury town hall.

If planning your wedding, come along between 11am and 3pm, and meet the local wedding companies, all on hand to help plan the wedding of your dreams.

Entry to the fair is free and you don’t need a ticket, just turn up!!!

Our chosen charity is Young Lives vs Cancer, so if you feel you want to, please leave a donation on the door.

At the chipping sodbury wedding fair we are looking for unique and quirky exhibitors to join us.

If you offer a service or product which is a little bit different, and want to be involved in one of the best wedding fairs in the area, please get in touch.

Our stands are sold on a first come basis and we limit each type of exhibit, so that couples have a choice, but without too much of the same.

As well as exhibitors offering unique services we do have space for some of the regular wedding businesses as well. We are currently full for photographers, car and cakes.
