Dear Valued Customers,
As a small family business, we believe in being open and honest with you during difficult times.
Last Thursday, my dad passed away after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease. He is now at peace, and his memory will always be a part of Teepee Sleepee, which was created to provide the flexibility our family needed. 💖
In this challenging time, we are all grieving and managing arrangements over the next two weeks, which coincides with our busiest season.
We want to reassure you that we are still committed to delivering our spectacular sleepover setups. 🎉 In our seven years of business, we have never had to cancel or let our customers down.
My dad’s funeral will be held on Friday, December 19th. Due to the time of year, we’ve had to make adjustments, and we’ve already reached out to those affected on that date to either cancel or reschedule. 🕊️
For new enquiries, we kindly ask for your understanding as we won’t be taking additional bookings until January 2026.

For those with confirmed bookings, rest assured that our team will be working hard to ensure everything goes smoothly. If you feel the need to cancel, we are happy to refund any deposits. 💕
