Huge thank you to Beacon Festival for their grant at the end of last year!!
After some discussion with the children of pros and cons of tablets or laptops the technology is starting to roll in.

This will make many of our upcoming projects so much easier!

*CALLING ALL LOCAL CHARITIES!*

It's been almost three months since the final Beacon Festival - and what a fantastic festival it was!

Now that the dust has settled, we'd like to remind you that we are accepting applications from local charities and organisations for our Beacon Festival grants.

Beacon has always been a not for profit event, and we are all about supporting local charities, events, organisations and good causes that resonate with our ethos.

Please apply via the form on our website - we have also included guidance on what you should include in your application. The deadline is 23:59, 18 October.

We had the most amazing final Beacon Festival last weekend, and we'd like to thank everyone who came along and celebrated with us! By attending, you've also helped us support incredible work happening in our community.

As part of the ethos of Beacon, each year, we divide any profit made to local charities and organisations who are doing great work for our community.

We're now taking applications from charities and not-for-profit organisations that we can support this year. So if you know any deserving organisations, please spread the word!

Fill in the form on our website now: https://www.beaconfestival.net/charities-applications

We are pleased to let you know that we collected 18.6kgs of surplus food from Beacon Festival this year. That’s great, all of that will go to the 200+ charities and community groups that we support across Oxfordshire. This means that, instead of potentially going to waste, the good quality, healthy food from Beacon will be going to help vulnerable people suffering from homelessness, food insecurity and food poverty, mental ill-health, loneliness and many more. Whilst it will all be massively appreciated, the toilet paper in particular will be popular as we don’t often get this via our usual suppliers.
